Payment - Delivery - Returns
Payments are processed through PayPal, the completely secure, online payment processor. All major debit and credit cards are accepted and you don’t have to have a PayPal account to make a payment. For more information about PayPal visit www.paypal.co.uk
After you have placed your order you will receive email confirmation of the transaction.
Due to the nature of the personalised products we sell, items take between 1 and 3 weeks to be made (depending on how busy we may be).
For all orders within the United Kingdom, delivery is free of charge. Any order containing a Framed Print will be sent using Royal Mail's First Class 'Signed For' service, which will require a signature upon delivery. All other orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class. Orders should take 1-3 days to arrive once dispatched.
For International orders, a delivery charge of £10.00 will be applied at checkout. These will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, which will require a signature upon delivery. Delivery will take 3-5 days for European destinations and 5-7 days for destinations in the Rest of the World. Local import duties and taxes may be applied to your deliveries by your regional Customs office; Hope & Rainbows is not responsible for covering these payments.
We hope that you will be utterly thrilled with your Hope & Rainbows purchase. If an item is damaged in transit, we will of course replace it as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the personalised products we sell, refunds cannot be offered on our wall prints and bags. If you wish to return any non-personalised products, please contact us and we will help you to carry out a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
